A GORGEOUS AND EXTREMELY RARE GREAT CONDITION CIRCA LATE 1950’S TOP OF THE LINE 15 JEWEL GENUINE SIGNED TOP QUALITY LADY’S ‘VERTEX REVUE’ CIRCA 1960’S WRIST WATCH WITH ITS ALL ORIGINAL SOLID PLATINUM AND DIAMOND WATCH CASE AND A VERTEX BOX! READY TO WEAR AND USE!! I AM A 100% POSITIVE EBAY SELLER SINCE 2002- PLEASE BID/BUY WITH CONFIDENCE!! CASE: This is an absolutely beautiful and STUNNINGLY rare 2 piece HINGED genuine Vertex snap back solid PLATINUM and DIAMOND set watch case. The case is in excellent condition. The case bezel and lugs are set with 24 lovely brilliant cut diamonds which reflect light very well. The case back shows very little wear marks for the age of the watch apart from some light marks here and there. The case sides are excellent and have a beautiful filigree engraved design all around them. The front and the rear of the hinged PLATINUM case, snap to very well. The inside of the case is marked ‘Vertex’ and ‘Platinum’. The case measures 1.8cms (18mm) across excluding the lugs and crown. DIAL: This is a wonderful entirely original VERTEX original white dial. It is in absolutely excellent condition. The dial has applied Arabic numerals which are in minty condition. The hands are original and are in minty condition too. The dial is fully signed ‘VERTEX’. The plastic crystal is new and as such is in minty condition MOVEMENT: This is a wonderful clean genuine VERTEX REVUE high grade quality 15 jewel movement.It is fully signed. It is engraved with the wording 15 jewels’ and ‘Swiss made’ in a beautiful typesetting. This fantastic VERTEX REVUE movement is in excellent working order and has been oiled and timed by my watchmaker. As always a full service would always be recommended for optimum performance and continued operation and you buy the watch understanding this. It is running well. I have timed it over 24 hours and keeps good time. All in all this is a beautiful original movement. BAND: This beautiful VERTEX REVUE diamond watch is fitted with a two strand brown leather band. The band clasps are made from solid 9 carat white gold. The inside of the clasp is signed ‘VERTEX’ The band is in nice lightly worn condition and shows light wear near to the clasps.The clasps are FULLY hallmarked for 9 carat gold. The watch and band measure a total of approx 7 inches in length.BOX:This beautiful watch comes with what seems to be its original brown suede effect cardboard box. Although it is a little torn and shabby, the inside is good and its a great place to store your watch. The box is fully signed x 2 and needs some TLC (see photos) THIS IS A FANTASTIC ORIGINAL AND EXTREMELY RARE VERTEX REVUE PLATINUM AND DIAMOND WRISTWATCH IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.
