The brace is aluminum and is red. This is a brand new Rear Chassis Brace from ATOPRC. It was still sealed in the original package from ATOPRC, but it was removed for the photos. No damage or issues. I did find the following info on the internet: ATOPRC Rear Chassis Brace for Losi DBXL/DBXL-E (Red) ATOPRC Part Number: ADBXL007 Rear Chassis BraceCNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum rear chassis bar for Losi DBXL / DBXL-E.The higher strength of the aluminum part compared to the standard plastic version (from Set # LOS251010) noticeably increases the rigidity of the chassis.
