It is a replacement only and is not for stoves that did not come with an igniter. It will fit all Harman pellet stoves (not corn stove) that were originally equipped with an igniter. The element fits inside the Igniter cradle, which is attached to the stove. This igniter is not made by Harman. We get them from a Supplier that focuses on high quality after market replacement parts. We have yet to find one of their parts that is not at least as good as or superior to the OEM parts. These igniters have a high temperature stainless steel sheath and come with Hi-Temp wire leads that are the correct length.
