Again, we are only human, we have families, so we cannot answer all emails right away. All New or N.O.S parts may have shelf wear and may have light rust spots or be tarnished and will need buffing or cleaning depending on the part. Also parts may not come in its original bag with tag. N.O.S  Parts were sometimes ordered in bulk meaning that 2 or more may have came in the same bag with only one tag that is how dealers sometimes bought in those days. The last one sold in this instants will be the one that will come with the tag. We do not reprint part tag as some sellers have done here on ebay the tag you get or if you get will be the original and may be faded, worn or dirty but will be the original
